CGPC Enhanced Access Service
The new GP contract requires local GP Practices to work together to deliver services collectively. One of the objectives of this contract is to continue to deliver services between 6:30pm and 8:00pm on weekday evenings and between 9:00am and 5:00pm on a Saturday. CGPC is working closely with Croydon Practices to support the delivery of this Enhanced Access service.
This services offers both GP and Nurse Appointments which will are available to patients, either via face-to-face or via a telephone/video consultation.

Need to see a GP but can’t get an appointment? Our GP Hubs can help.
Call NHS 111 before you go to pre-book an appointment or wait to be seen without an appointment at one of our GP Hubs in Central Croydon, Purley, or Parkway.

Life Threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose

Non-urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it’s not an emergency
