As part of our commitment to fighting climate change, North Croydon Medical Centre (NCMC) is in the process of enhancing our procurement practices to prioritise suppliers with strong environmental policies and low carbon footprints.

Moving forward, we aim to include sustainability criteria in our supplier selection process, assessing potential suppliers based on their carbon reduction strategies, commitment to sustainable resource use, and alignment with NHS England’s “Net Zero” targets. This approach ensures that our supply chain supports our overarching environmental goals, helping us deliver services that are both high-quality and environmentally responsible.
