How to Make and Cancel an Appointment
Book face-to-face or remote appointments with your GP, nurse or clinician at a time that suits you.
Your details and information are protected by the highest standards of online security, so all you need to worry about is what to do with the spare time you’ve earnt.
Problems booking online appointments?
Use the Patient Access Support Centre before you call us.
All consultations are by appointment. An appointment will always be available for urgent cases and sick children.
We usually offer same day appointments for under 5’s and over 70’s and for those with a disability.
Interpreters via telephone and face to face are available. British sign language interpreters are also available at the practice.
You can book appointments face to face from 7:45 and over the phone from 08:00.
Doctors sometimes have medical students in consultation with them. The patient has the right to refuse consultation with a student present.
You can book online via Patient access, however you must obtain your registration details by bringing proof of identification to the surgery, we will then provide you with your unique log in details.
You can also book via the myGP app that you can download to your smart phone.

We also offer a telephone triage service to all patients who are unable to get an appointment or be booked into any of the extended/enhanced services, our Pharmacist will contact you to assess your needs, book you an appointment with the most appropriate clinician if she is unable to assist you herself.
The surgery opens at 08:00 and closes at 20:00 during which telephone/face to face access to our receptionists is available.
Should you have any difficulties obtaining an appointment at the surgery or any extended/enhanced services please inform the complaints manager.

North Croydon Enhanced Access Service
As part of the enhanced access service we can now offer 4x GP and 4x Nurse appointments per week at Brigstock Family Practice, 83 Brigstock Rd, Thornton Heath, CR7 7JH.
Please contact us as normal and speak to one of our receptionist who will able to book you an appointment, if one is available.
Unable to get an appointment?
If you are Croydon resident and are unable to get an urgent appointment at your GP surgery you can call NHS 111 for an assessment of your problem.
If you then need to see a GP NHS 111 can book an appointment for you to be seen at one of the three new GP Hubs in Croydon which are open 08:00 am to 20:00 pm 7 days a week 365 days a year.
